I want to have the ability to annotate the Start/End of the Vertical Alignment (There is the ability to annotate the Start/End of a Line and the Start/End
of the Horizontal Alignment).

There are many ways to annotate the start and end stations, however, the current methodologies I have found would create "EXTRA" annotations beyond simply the Start and End. For instance, VPI, would annotate all VPI stations and not just the Start and End Stations.

Many times, the vertical work on Rail is LONGER or SHORTER than the horizontal work. As such, the ability to annotate the alignment at the Start/End should be added.

While this can be done using Event Points, that process is cumbersome.

We don't use Annotation Frames. If Frames Could Be moved up into the profile, I could make this work, but Frames Cannot Be Moved (from what I have found).
