Provide an option to enter girder properties for both the back span and fwd span if varying girder properties between back and fwd span

When generating moments due to braking force, provide an option that distributes the moment divided by 10 and applied at increments of 0.05L, 0.15L,... 0.95L. For a multi column bent this prevent the center DS from receiving most of the moment.

Provide option to generate temperature load for steel and concrete span in one input box (for example, sliding bearing in bk span and elastomeric bearing in fwd span)

Let program compute effective moment of inertia using cracked moment of inertia and provide option to report deflections due to cracked section for both cap and columns (especially single column bents) (see Eq. 5.6.3.5.2-1)
