It would really be helpful for users with OBD to not have to open OBD prior to opening OBM. That is a big pain point that I get a lot of complaints about. Also it is very confusing for users at first, they don't understand why they can't just click on a dgn file to open it up.

You can purchase just the standalone software for OBM, if you would like. Otherwise, you will always receive the full interoperability package of software and have to use OBD to access all that included software.
There are significant delays in using OBD and OBM for our daily work flow. Direct access to OBM would be a great improvement.
Direct access to OBM is most efficient process for users and would eliminate any delays or wait time.
The ability to use standalone OBM would effetely solve the direct access issue without changing the OBD interface. It would however introduce workspace setups needs, and compatibility questions.
Since OBD includes a ~fully~ functional OBM why not have the ability to install and use OBM straight up without installing the full suite of OBD. This also forces users of OBD to wait for OBM version to be incorporated into the suite. Fully in "~" because OBD is typically one version behind in OBM functionality.
