Return the View & Edit for editing and nesting elements

Please add back the SignCAM View & Edit functionality available in the 10.02 version that is used frequently for sign making, breaking apart and nesting elements before cutting. This is useful for saving material. The 2024 version does not have this editing capability that is necessary prior to exporting to PLT.
