The civil labeler is a very useful tool for creating text labels with different boundaries. However, in several cases, the label that we need to create needs to be on top of other elements. Currently, the only way to create a background of any color with the label is to apply the background to the text of the civil labeler. This does not give the entire civil label a background. If I'm using a Civil Label that has text and uses a circle for the border, I want the background color to fill the entire circle, not just the text. I would like to have the option to add a background of any color for the entire civil label, including the entire border shape, not just the text.
