IDOT's Right-of-Way annotation requires the Chord Bearing as part of the annotation. When setting up annotations for the Civil Labeler, we found that an option for the chord bearing is currently not available as a Text Favorite when selecting Civil Element Properties > Geometry > Element > Circular Arc. IDOT would like to see this added as soon as possible.
