If an enhancement idea is identified during a case or a Blueprint session, it should be reported by the case manager or the blueprint manager, not the responsibility of the user. Crowd sourcing support for deficiencies found during one of scenarios should not be the responsibility of the individual who already took time to report and identify the deficiency and/or spent credits to have a Blueprint scheduled.

I'll pass this feedback along. This Ideas page is managed by the product team, not the services team. We generally recommend users to submit the ideas to encourage engagement with the product team directly.
I understand the intent - but if a user is already going out to report an issue or set up a session, I do not believe it should be that user's job to then reach out to the product teams. Please allow a direct line of communication between the services team and the product teams.
