The delivered EAV report in OpenRaods Designer includes lines for locations where the mass ordinate is 0. This creates a table that is at best confusing and requires additional manipulation to provide value in Excel or, in my opinion, simply incorrect. Additionally, it is outside of my experience of standard practice in the industry to show these lines on a report of this nature.
