I suggest improving the quantity takeoff in LEAP Concrete with the following:

• Have more options on where to include rebar for different substructure items, currently have the ability to account for the rebar that extends into the cap beam count for column rebar but not the rebar that extends into the footing.

• Account for concrete cover when calculating the rebar quantity, currently assumes the rebar extends to the edge of the dimension instead of to where a concrete cover would start.

• Account for hooked bars, currently not accounted for in any portion of the substructure.

• Round up the number of bars (or give the user the option to choose between rounding up/down) based on the spacing listed, currently rounding down which underestimates a quantity takeoff

• Add the option to add hooks to the cross ties in the column and cap beam
