From the user: "I have a straight steel bridge no skew and it is classifying cross-frames as primary members. Is there away to set cross-frames as secondary member for kL/r check?"

This happens because All elements are only set as primary, without the possibility to modify them as secondary. So, it's fixed as only one member criterion, the most rigorous one. This is a bug. We should include an update to separate the CF as secondary with different values.
