In the ‘Code Checker Results’, the program summarizes for each girder all the critical load combinations, AASHTO code and controlling performance ratio.
As in some diaphragm locations, the program is stating the girder is controlled by fatigue and failing due to the ‘X-Frame Conn Bott’ performance ratio greater than 1.
The program is stating the girder is failing due to a diaphragm connection to a stiffener, as that fatigue detail is a diaphragm issue and not a girder issue.
Fatigue Design check are based on girder forces, and it is not based on Cross frame members or stiffeners and these failures are shown at POI's where CF is connected.
In the Future version CF member design needs to be done for fatigue.
whole fatigue check for cross frame needs to be implemented in the future.
