Scenario: feature definition A with pre-attached item A is assigned to an element, then the feature definition is changed to feature definition B which has item type B pre-attached, now the element has item type A and B which results in wrong reporting. We need a prompt to explain AND allow user to decide if previously attached item type(s) are removed when changing a feature definition to avoid duplication in reporting.
