I am working on collecting field survey data for 5 bridge projects. Thus, I am intermingling the collection of points on differing bridge sites. I am collecting all these survey points in one data collector file. It would be very helpful if Bentley would create a way in which I could organize my field books list (ie move Field Book up or down in the list) based on the name of the survey point Field Book name so that all my Site 1 Field Books (points) are listed consecutively, all Site 2 Field Books (points) are listed consecutively, etc. and grouped together. My nomenclature for the survey point files/folder is as follows: Explorer - Field Books - S1 26-05-11 Property (40150-40155). S1 = Site 1 (or 2, 3, 4, 5) and indicates the Site Name; 26-05-11= Date on which the survey points were collected; Property = Describes the type of data collected; (40150-40155) = The Point Names (ie Survey Data Collector Point Numbers) in the file.
