Requested Enhancement:
Enhance the CF/Diaphragm Design functionality so that diaphragm members can be checked/designed for the applicable axial, shear, and moment forces obtained from the FEM analysis, particularly for welded diaphragm configurations.

Current Behavior:

• FEM analysis reports shear and moment forces in addition to axial forces for the diaphragm.

• CF/Diaphragm Design considers only axial forces.

• The user must therefore perform additional checks manually for forces not currently included in the automated diaphragm design.

Expected Behavior:
The diaphragm design/check should consider the relevant FEM force components, including moment and shear where applicable, and provide the corresponding design results within the program. Adding this capability would reduce the need for manual diaphragm design verification and provide a more complete design workflow within the software.
