Many users prefer different settings to be selected by default in the Feature Definition Tool Bar. Currently, "Persist Snaps and Rule" is always ON by default when opening a file but nothing else. Even if you turn this off, or activate another setting the the feature definition toolbar, it always reverts back to "Persist Snaps and Rule" ON, but everything else off. Personally, I Much prefer Persist Snaps OFF and only turn it on as I need it, but I prefer to keep "Use Active Feature Definition" turned ON. Currently, every time I open a file, I have to reset these two settings. The settings in the Feature Definition Tool Bar really should hold once doing a "Save Settings"
