I cell could work but would be more difficult to manage than the Welding Symbol Tool. I believe this tool is included in other software Bentley provides but it would be nice if it was present in OpenRoads/Opensite designer to make creating weld symbols much more simple.

Thanks for sharing your idea. I'd like to understand it better. Could you provide more information about the problem you're facing and the need your idea addresses? Seems like ProStructures or a MicroStation cell may be your solution. Your input is valuable to us. Keep contributing!
