I would like to create labels using the civil labeler that all have a rectangular frame with a fixed width. Currently, the frame width is based only on the width of the text favorite and whatever offset is specified. I would like the ability to specify the width of the frame and have the text favorite wrap automatically so it fits in the frame.
Not just Civil Labeler, but ability to define a text box that text will wrap text to stay inside of the box. If the length of the text exceeds the limits of the box, it would not be displayed, unless the user changes the box limits. Just like adding text boxes to many other applications (Acrobat, Word, etc.)
And ability to define box fill and outline properties as well. We often place important notes in a filled box to mask the drawing behind it (typically over aerial imagery).
