We place grade elevation labels on our plans typically at a 30 degree angle from the view. Currently, the civil labeler only allows for rotation to be set to "View Horizontal" or "View Vertical" regarding placement as it relates to the active view. This means in order to place my labels, I have to rotate my view 30 degrees and then place the labels. It would be nice if we could remove that step. I would like a rotation setting called "View User Defined" and you could enter a defined angle into the civil labeler, so it will place a label at that defined angle from the view.
