Currently, Civil Labeler is limited to ORD Geometry/Elements etc. but sometimes we have regular linework drawn as basic MicroStation smartlines in which we need to call out Coordinates and Elevations. Civil Labeler should have the ability to do this.
**UPDATE** Looks like the Civil labeler tool actually DOES work on regular MicroStation elements, but you need to have the "Location Method" setting for the Label Definition (under placement tab) set to "Select Elements". It does NOT work if this is set to "data point"
