I am looking for a tool to modify the label settings after a civil label has been placed.

In SS10, we had plan view labeler which could choose your style, delineator, and leader before placing and then after it has been placed it there was an edit plan view label button.

It would be helpful to have something similar to this in ORD so we can change leader location, border frame, and text divider after a civil label has been placed. Currently, you have to replace the label from scratch which is time consuming.
