Display A parameter (not Length) after using "Create Civil Rule Feature" option.
When I create an alignment with curves using A parameter and when I select this alignment "A parameter" will be properly displayed. Then when I "Remove Rule" and use "Create Civil Rule Feature" tool, A parameter will be replaced with "Length".
