When placing labels using the civil labeler, there are times when the label text location needs to be modified and moved to a different plan location to allow for other plan labels. When using civil labeler or the place label commands, after the label is placed, the in-line leader and text do not move together when the text location is modified. Basically, the label will need placed again. It would be helpful if the civil label behaved similar to how modifying the label text placed using the Note command by selecting the label text using the element selection command, and dragging the label to the desired location. The in-line leader is attached to the text and moves with it maintaining its format.
