Is there a tool in ORD that can change the Design File Settings>Working Unite>Resolution and scale the model so that the model remains at the correct scale after the resolution change. Is there such a tool? If not, that is my design enhancement request to have such a tool.

I have also used the Ohio tool.
My problem is that when my model has civil cells that reference a corridor and I have scale set in the Ohio tool the civil cells will crash ORD while scaling. This causes a failure.
The real problem I have is that when my alignment design model reference is at one resolution and my drawing models are at a different resolution the annotation draws at a scale that is factor of the drawing model resolution/design model resolution. ORD should be designed to handle this situation or ORD should provide a tool that will adjust the resolution and scale the civil elements accordantly.
