Allow modeling of Pier Segments with different cross section

For Segmental Bridge Modeling, Pier caps segments typically have diaphragms built in and are a different cross section than the other typical segments. OBM should allow this to be modeled.

Need to be able to add CrossFrames for Steel Tub/U girders

Similar to the custom tools for available for stiffeners and cross frames for steel built up or rolled shape beams, OBM needs to add tools for adding these to steel tub/U beams

Commands to Place Node and Conduit <Type> (e.g. Place Manhole, Place Stormwater Conduit)

At the moment, you run Place Node, then set the type of node by picking a feature definition. However, you normally know what type of node that you want to place, such as a manhole for example,so it would be more intuitive if the ribbon contained ...

Enhancement in Approach Slab and Deck

Approach Slab - When placed, we cannot switch the template - Approach Slab reference line text annotation scale and font are different to bridge support line, it doesn't follow the model annotation scale - Option to derive the length of the slab, ...

Point Catchment Delineation as a Terrain Model Analysis tool

The Drainage Modeling workflow has a feature to automatically delineate catchment areas for inlets but is limited to actual drainage model files. Similar to the "Trace Slope" or "Pond Analysis" it would be helpful if a tool existed to select a poi...

Add an ExtendLine Code to Survey

This code would be similar to the DIST command, except it would allow the crews to add a taped distance to the last segment of a figure, which would extend that segment by that value. It would be similar to a DIST commend except instead of turning...

Add Single Point Arc that is identical to InRoads Surveys

The Sigle Point Arc command in InRoads survey would create true tangent arcs from the incoming and outgoing tangents. The ArcSingle in Open Roads does not. This frequently results in bulges in figures if the uncoded PC and PT points are not perfec...

Add Extend Arc Code to Survey (as in InRoads Survey)

This code was found to be very useful in InRoads Survey and without it, we need to retrain the crews to change their workflows.

Don't duplicate densification of template drops

When defining model requirements, we want to define the template drop interval and a stroking distance to densify template drops through vertical and horizontal curves. This will insure that models are designed to meet construction standards and s...

Parametric Constraints Labels Stations Overlaps

Is there a way we can see if there is an overlap in the stations in parametric constraints labels? Like in InRoads, it highlights in orange color if there is an overlap in stations with same labels. This will help and save lot of design time, if t...
